Alan Lee until recently served as the Senior Vice President of the Office of People & Culture and Chief Recruiting Officer for HomeBanc Mortgage Corporation, where he was accountable for meeting the human capital acquisition, management and development requirements for all segments of the business. During Alan’s four years at HomeBanc, the company was ranked the best employer in numerous metropolitan cities, including Atlanta, and ranked nationally by FORTUNE in it’s annual listing of The 100 Best Companies To Work For.

Alan has over 10 years of tenure in recruiting leadership roles with Wachovia Corporation, The Coca-Cola Company, NationsBank and other major organizations.

Alan serves on the Board of Governors of the Georgia Foundation for Independent Colleges, the Kennesaw State University Athletic Advisory Board, the Board of Directors for Music to Light the World, Gift for a Child Board and was a Junior Achievement volunteer teacher. He is also an active volunteer for Habitat for Humanity and MUST Ministries in Georgia.
